ROTOTRASLATING TABLES

Poletti has developed a range of rototranslating and rotating tables for milling machines and machining centers suited to meet the different needs of customers, available with various load capacities.
The strengths of this product range are:

• welded steel structures developed with the help of FEM analysis
• Stand with 2 or 3 guides with recirculating rollers
• innovative system for rotating with double pinion preloaded
• precise positioning via encoder mounted directly on the main axis of rotation
• balanced clamping with Hydraulic Brakes
• table in cast iron G 30 suitably ribbed and stabilized on which is fixed the toothed wheel
• rotary table with hydrostatic guidance system
• designed to achieve maximum system simplification

On request it is possible to provide the board with a positioning of 4×90 ° with mechanical reference
